AI implementation and delivery
We help SMEs and scale-ups put AI into a specific business workflow. We define the problem, prepare the data, build the software, and help your team operate it in production.
We work with teams across the UK, Europe, and Australia.
When to bring us in
- An AI pilot works in a demonstration but hasn't reached everyday use.
- You have a recurring task and need to establish whether AI improves it.
- Your team needs engineering and adoption support to connect AI with existing systems.
Who does the work
A partner works with your business owner, users, and technical team. Engineering, data preparation, organisation design, and training belong in the same delivery plan.
Meet our partnersWhat the engagement delivers
01
A testable business case
We define the task, current baseline, acceptable output, review burden, and cost of a wrong result.
02
A production design
We map data sources, permissions, model calls, human review, monitoring, and system actions.
03
An evaluated first release
We build a bounded workflow, test representative cases and exceptions, and compare results with the agreed acceptance measures.
04
Operational ownership
We document how staff use the system, handle failures, monitor cost and quality, and decide when to expand it.
Timing and budget
We agree the assessment and first-release schedule after reviewing data access and the integration work. A larger rollout follows only when the first workflow meets its acceptance measures.
Daily rates start at €1,000 EUR per consultant for a full day.
Daily rates start at £850 GBP per consultant for a full day.
Daily rates start at A$1,600 AUD per consultant for a full day.
Rates depend on the engagement and current exchange rates. Necessary project expenses add up to 10% of the daily rate.
What to bring to the first call
Bring the workflow, sample inputs you can share safely, the tools in use, and the decision you need to make. Tell us who can approve access and a release.
We don't promise savings before measuring the baseline. Existing software, simpler automation, and a process change remain options when they fit the task better.

How to Map an AI System Before Buying Tools
Draw a production AI workflow across identity, source data, retrieval, model calls, actions, logs, and evaluation before choosing vendors.
What Should an AI Pilot Prove Before It Scales?
Set a clear scale decision for an AI pilot with baseline results, quality and safety gates, human review time, cost per completed task, and stop rules.
Is Your Data Ready for AI? A Practical Guide
Assess data readiness for one AI workflow. Check missing records, conflicting definitions, stale information, permissions, and unwritten business rules before launch.
Discuss the work with a partner.
The introductory call is free. We'll discuss the problem, the decision you need to make, and whether an engagement fits.
