Waypoint Publisher privacy notice
Updated 3 October 2026.
Waypoint Exponential uses Waypoint Publisher to schedule reviewed posts on its own LinkedIn company page. This notice covers that publisher, which authorised staff can access.
Information we use
The publisher stores approved post text, scheduled dates, publication status, and LinkedIn post identifiers. When a page administrator connects LinkedIn, the publisher receives an access token and, if LinkedIn provides one, a refresh token. We encrypt tokens before storing them.
We do not collect follower profiles, comments, messages, or contact lists through the publisher.
Where information goes
Cloudflare hosts the publisher and its database. We send approved post text and the company-page identifier to LinkedIn to publish posts. We send authorisation codes and credentials to LinkedIn to connect or renew access.
The publisher does not send LinkedIn credentials or LinkedIn member data to an AI provider.
Storage and control
We keep publication records until an authorised operator deletes them. Operational logs record status codes and internal post identifiers, and omit tokens and post text.
Disconnecting the publisher removes its stored LinkedIn tokens and pending authorisation states. An administrator can also revoke the application in LinkedIn settings.
